Great question! If you are just starting out and you plan on hiring an event manager, they most likely will not be working with you until the final stages of your planning. In this case, I would book the call. If you are nearing the end and have a hired event manager, I would wait and talk with them.

As much as I would love to help you, I can’t guarantee that I am up to date with how weddings outside of the U.S. are planned. With traditions, timelines, and expectations varying so much across the globe, I am currently only able to consult for weddings in the U.S.
